Job Title: Maintenance
Hours of operation: Full time position to include: Flexible event schedule of days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Description:
- Perform general maintenance on the buildings and grounds
- Janitorial duties (cleaning of bathrooms, locker rooms, garbage, mopping, sweeping, etc.)
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Masonry
- Painting
- Fence work
- Replacing light bulbs
- Landscaping (mowing, mulching, weeding, trimming, ect.)
- Light mechanical work
- Snow removal of parking lots and sidewalks (salt when needed)
- Event set up and break down
- Clean up after events
Clothing:
- Work boots or work shoes may be worn
- No flip flops or sandals are permitted at any time
- Sneakers may be worn at the discretion of Management
- Shorts are acceptable
- No tank tops are permitted at any time
