Facility Operations/Event Staff: Game Day/Event Staff
Job description
Skylands Stadium’s Event Staff role supports our Events team in executing the highest level of family entertainment. This part-time role reports to the Director of Events and General Manager throughout our events and venue spaces. Specifically, we are looking for help during the Christmas Light Show

  • Assist in all aspects of event execution and customer service
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with event staff, vendors, clients, sponsors, and attendees
  • Ensure all event details are properly executed by working within parameters provided by leadership
  • Provide on-site event coordination, working with staff, vendors, performers, and sponsors
  • Other duties, as necessary to contribute to the overall success of the events

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • High School Degree or GED preferred
  • Must be able to work flexible hour including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess strong work ethic and have ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service
