The Joliet Slammers are currently seeking a Corporate Fulfillment Intern for the spring 2021 semester (January - August). This position will give the candidate an opportunity to gain valuable experience in professional sports and garner more responsibility than the normal internship. The Corporate Partnership Fulfillment Intern will work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to create and executive a fulfillment calendar and ensure that all assets are delivered to the corporate clients.

Serve as liaison between external partners, such as cost effective vendors, and internal departments, including but not limited to: Marketing, Operations, Ticketing, Catering, etc. to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sponsor’s key decision makers to ensure complete satisfaction and contract renewal
  • Provide full-cycle management of sponsorship fulfillment, including tracking of deadlines, deliverables, and calendars
  • Research and assist in the creative process of new sponsor inventory
  • Track and record data for analytics pertaining to sponsor for marketing proposals and proof of performance materials
  • Attend corporate sales events and sponsor promotions as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Creative and well organized professional with a strong work ethic, desire, and willingness to learn
  • Superb organization skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Flexibility to work long days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Must be able to work all Slammers home games during the internship
