This seasonal position will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and updating graphics and uploading video content for Red Sox Productions in-game presentation.  This position will require a heavy involvement within the Fenway Park control room working Red Sox games and non-baseball events.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual that possesses strong oral and written communication skills and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  
  • Be responsible for updating and loading all graphics needed for pre-game ceremonies for each Red Sox home game
  • Oversee the organization’s scoreboard messaging system and update fan messages for all home games
  • Manage the control room’s video playback system to ensure all videos are loaded and play without error
  • Extensive working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, and Mac computers required
  • Experience in a live control room environment
  • Experience with Chyron 
  • Experience with Crossfire Video Playback, and & ANC’s Vsoft preffered but not required
  • Creative, innovative personality 
  • Passion for and knowledge of the game of baseball 
  • Superior communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability
  • Strong organization skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Degree in TV Production, Film or Broadcast Journalism, or relevant field, is preferred 
  • Available to work nights and weekends throughout the season, and all Red Sox games at Fenway Park
  • Experience in the sports industry preferred but not required
