The Boston Red Sox have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our fans, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic workers who have a fan-friendly attitude and a sincere desire to enhance the fans' experience at Fenway Park.

Below are all of the positions we are currently hiring for the 2020 Game Day Staff at Fenway Park. 

Greeter: Welcome and greet premium guests and clients. Assist guests in navigating premium club and seating areas as well as maintain the integrity of these spaces. Provide a link to resources available to premium guests, including Red Sox and Aramark staff.

Quality Control: Monitor all areas of Fenway Park to ensure that the ballpark is clean and presentable. Keep detailed notes on each section of the park and enter them into our incident-tracking program. Some light lifting will occasionally be necessary.

Elevator Operators/Mobility Assistance: Elevator operators are responsible for monitoring one of five elevators in Fenway Park during baseball games, concerts, and other large scale events.  Staff should greet fans that come into the elevator and be prepared to direct fans accordingly as well as answer other questions that come up.  In addition some Mobility staff provide assistance to fans who request wheelchair aid to get to and from their seats.   
Ticket Taker: Ticket takers welcome and greet each fan entering the gates. They quickly and efficiently scan each ticket to verify its authenticity for that respective game. Ticket takers point out to fans entering their lane the quickest way to their seat and troubleshoot any issues regarding questionable tickets with the Ticket office.

Usher: Welcome and direct fans to their seating area to ensure that everyone sits in the appropriate location based on their ticket. Be accessible to guests throughout the game for any assistance necessary and maintain the integrity of these spaces.

Ambassador: Staff the Fan Services booths located throughout the concourses of the ballpark, assisting fans with any issues that may arise, including Lost & Found and seat relocations. Greet special guests on game days, assist in the execution of pre-game ceremonies, and provide support at special events.

Tour Guide: Responsible for providing tours of historic Fenway Park.  Candidates must possess enthusiasm, professionalism, excellent time management skills, experience speaking to large groups and working within a team, excellent customer service skills, and ability to multi-task and retain information.  Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Grounds Crew: As a member of the Grounds Crew, you will be involved with not only Red Sox games, but also additional non-baseball events on the field. Candidates should have the ability to carry at least 50 lb. while running.

Red Sox Foundation Raffle Team: Looking for applicants with a passion for making a difference in our community, strong work ethic and interest in customer service and sales. Duties include selling raffle tickets at Red Sox games from two hours prior to game time through the bottom of the 6th inning.  Looking for self-motivated, outgoing, and dedicated individuals to support the team’s charity.
 Season Ticket Rewards Assistant: Looking for energetic, personable and motivated individuals to provide first-class customer service to our Season Ticket Holders on game days.  Past experience in customer service and the ability to work for the full season is highly preferred.  This role will be focused on Red Sox Rewards, the Club’s loyalty program for Season Ticket Holders.  These individuals will educate customers about the program, and also facilitate one-of-a-kind experiences or deliver prizes that customers earn through the program.  Past Season Ticket Rewards Assistants have utilized this valuable work experience to earn full-time roles in ticketing departments across the sports industry.
Security: Interact with our fans and guests in a friendly, polite manner. Be observant and proactively identify disruptive fan behavior. Duties include fan screening and access, crowd and alcohol management, and life-safety responsibilities. We are also seeking qualified loss-prevention associates for our retail team stores and non-game hospitality event security associates in our clubs and other meeting spaces. Prior security experience is preferred but not essential.

Security Screener: Engage all fans upon entry to the gates of the park. Main responsibilities include conducting the bag checks and physical screening of all guests entering Fenway Park. Works an abbreviated 3-4 hour shift on game days with vast opportunities to work non-game hospitality events for our Fenway Park Events team. Ideal for local residents and college students.
EMT: Provide world-class medical care and excellent customer service to patients at Red Sox home games and other non-baseball events and private functions at Fenway Park. Qualified candidates must be certified as an Emergency Medical Technician in MA and must be able to commit to a not only a majority of Red Sox home games but other non-baseball events. MUST hold EMT or Paramedic certification in the Commonwealth of MA. 2 years of experience required. 
Day Time & Non-Game Event Security: Interact with our fans and guests in a friendly, polite manner during all non-game events and daily activities at Fenway Park. Duties include providing top level customer service for guests and controlling access to the park. Will also have the opportunity to work concerts and other large park wide events when needed.
 Ticket Operations: This is a part-time position in the Ticket Operations Department for the Boston Red Sox.  Duties will include but are not limited to walk-up sales at the box office, tours, and will call/sales for Red Sox games and special events.
