Compensation: $1,200 per month
Job Description: Assist the Director of Ticketing, Ticket Sales Manager, and as needed, Director of Group Sales in all areas of the ticket sales operation. The successful candidate will be expected to generate full season ticket sales, mini plans, groups, and individual ticket sales. Also, we are looking for someone who is not only comfortable making phone calls, but also interacting face to face with potential clients.
Game day duties will vary, but the main focus will be customer service and assisting the ticket staff as needed. The successful candidate will be expected to be willing and able to assist in every department as needed, including community appearances. Individual needs to be available from December 2019 through September 2020.
Work Experience: Sales experience is preferred, but not required. However, the successful candidate must be comfortable making a large number of phone calls on a daily basis and comfortable meeting potential clients face to face in social and business settings. We are looking for versatile candidates who are willing and able to assist within any department of our organization as needed. Previous sports industry experience and experience using ticketing systems preferred, but not required. Most importantly, we are looking for candidates who are hard working, driven, organized, and looking to have a lot of FUNN.
