Job Title: Coordinator, Stadium Operations & Guest Services
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Director of Stadium Operations

Responsibilities:
Game Day/Seasonal Staffing

Lead the recruitment of hourly game day staff across all departments.
With assistance from department heads, develop & implement a quality training program for all game day staff and ambassadors.
Execute the scheduling of all game day staff and ambassadors for all Delta Dental Stadium events.
Ensure staffing is cost effective and under budget through proper scheduling models and effective staff management.
Manage the radio & game day equipment inventory.
Onboarding and processing of all seasonal employees.
Maintaining time punch issues and monitoring OT hours for seasonal employees
Updating all jobs descriptions and posting open positions
Assist on Game Day with Game Day Operations

Office Administration

Handle front desk duties which will include handling calls.
Managing the mail for the office.
Manage the ordering of all office and break room supplies.
Assist management with administrative duties such as sending correspondence.
Greeting and screening unexpected guests during the business day and handling them with professionalism.
Work with departments as assigned for various administrative level projects as needed.

Event/Facility Operations

Occasional event coverage for Fisher Cat games, special events, camps, etc.
Managing the scheduling of cleaning services.
Lead efforts to schedule and coordinate incoming vendors, aligning schedules with Dir. Stadium OPs and Stadium Ops Manager.
Schedule Details (police, fire, ambulance)
Mascot maintenance
Assist with all aspects of operations department including Stadium Operations, Parking Operations, and Security Operations.
Assist with the quality control of ballpark cleaning and maintenance, including preemptive maintenance
Assisting Event/Stadium Operations with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivate
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to work all home games as well as external events.
Ability to work long hours.
Previous experience in the sports industry a plus.
Physical requirement (lifting 50 pounds many times per day, standing, squatting, and bending for long periods)
