WHO ARE THE ERIE SEAWOLVES?
The Erie SeaWolves are the Double-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. The team is owned and operated by At Bat Group, LLC. Over 250 SeaWolves have played Major League Baseball including Justin Verlander, Nick Castellanos, Eugenio Suarez, Curtis Granderson, and Casey Mize. Erie is located in northwest Pennsylvania, conveniently between Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Buffalo. The SeaWolves play their home games at UPMC Park, just 10 blocks from Lake Erie. Since 2019, over $16 million in stadium upgrades have been introduced including a new 1,550 sq. ft. team store, a new 175-guest stadium club and renovated suites, restrooms, concession stands, and party spaces.
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The SeaWolves are looking for two confident, dedicated students who are interested in earning credit hours by completing a seasonal learning opportunity in ticket sales and service. Interns will gain valuable sales experience, work with a ticketing and CRM system, and assist with guest service and fulfillment. All college majors are welcome to apply. This opportunity will begin on January 18, 2022 and schedule flexibility is available.
Minor League Baseball can be a fun and rewarding career path, but it requires dedication and flexibility. This opportunity requires a minimum of 25 hours per week from January 18-April 30, 2022. Exact hours to be discussed.
$1,000/month (prorated during partial months) + 3% of qualifying ticket products
