This is a seasonal position that can turn into full time for the right person with excellent sales skills. Coordinator is responsible for managing ticket sales and game day operations of the Starting Gate Box Office, Main Box Office, and all four entrance gates. This sales and customer-oriented role is responsible for ensuring an excellent fan experience at all gates. This individual will be expected to sell, schedule and understand the ticketing system. During games there is a high-volume level of sales at the box office, as well as ensure tickets are being scanned in. This is maintained through high service standards and quality problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets, flex books and season tickets
- Maintain the ticketing system (TicketReturn)
- Schedule Game Day Staff
- Screen phone calls and respond to everyday questions about the Rumble Ponies organization
- Managing an accurate cash drawer
- Process walk-up purchases, both cash and credit
- Interact with fans through box office and gate assignments
- Ability to keep an organized station and properly answer issues as they arise
- Assisting in events, including but not limited too, Rumble Ponies games, Rumble Ponies events, and third party events
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in math and time management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work alone and in team environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Enthusiastic attitude towards fans to ensure excellent fan experience
