The Binghamton Rumble Ponies are a Northeastern League team located in Binghamton, New York. We are the Double-A Affiliate to the New York Mets. The Binghamton Rumble Ponies are searching for a talented, driven and creative individual to Head our Marketing and Promotions efforts with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. This person will work closely with the Managing Director, along with production staff. This position is Full Time.
- Drive tickets sales and sponsorships with marketing strategies
- Creative ideas for the on-fields, theme nights, and other event that the Rumble Ponies can implement into the promotions schedule
- Social media marketing
- Head a promotions department and Carousel Crew with pre-game prep, as well as in-game promo executions and fulfill sponsorship contracts
- Create graphic designs for all marketing materials needed
- Maintain team photo galleries
- Answer phones and provide quality customer service
- Be willing and available to help in other departments with duties assigned – assisting with tarp pulls as needed due to weather
- Previous experience in Marketing and Promotions
- Bring creative and new ideas to support the overall entertainment and marketing efforts
- Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe Suite Products, and Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work all home games and extra events during the season
