Looking for a FT/Seasonal employee to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Director of Business Operations. Knowledge of computer systems, Excel, Word, and general office functions desired.
Some experience with accounting clerical tasks preferred, knowledge of Quickbooks a plus.
Professional appearance, articulate phone manner, with a strong ability to multi-task in a high paced environment is essential.
