Dish/ Food Runner Staff are responsible for maintaining, cleanliness, and quality in their areas. Must be available for 70 home games and some specific marquie games.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Dishwasher – These employees are expected to provide consistency. Must be able to multitask and be able to stand for a few hours at a time.
- Food Runner - Food runners are expected to run product from kitchen to delivery location in a timely manner.
All positions are expected to maintain impeccable customer service. All positions will also be expected to complete any additional tasks as assigned by Stand Lead and/or Management.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent guest service skills, writing and clear communication skills.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with direct supervision
- Works well under pressure
- Team mentality
- A friendly and out-going personality
- Flexible work hours to include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours
- Previous concessions experience
- At least 16 years old
- Must be able to lift upwards of 20 lbs
