Duties and Responsibilities:
Cook – Responsible for maintaining proper levels of all menus items throughout the night according to attendance. Works closely with Stand Lead on quantity and production. Ensures all items are cooked thoroughly and properly.
Cashier – This position is the “face” of the concessions operation. These employees are expected to provide “positively outrageous customer service” to all customers. Their duties include gathering food as ordered and utilizing the POS system to input customer orders and make change accordingly.
Runner/Expeditor – This position requires the gathering of food/drinks for cashiers. Also may include other tasks as assigned by the Stand Lead throughout the night.
All positions are expected to service the customer with “positively outrageous customer service”. This includes greeting the customer, welcoming them, assisting them with a smile, and giving them a fond farewell. All positions will also be expected to complete additional tasks as assigned by Stand Lead and/or Management.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent guest service skills, writing and clear communication skills.
- Inventory and cash handling experience
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with direct supervision
- A friendly and out-going personality
- Flexible work hours to include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours
- Previous concessions experience
