Position Overview:
The Business Operations Assistant will assist with all office support services, with a primary focus on assisting the Director of Business Operations with the Accounting and Financial tasks of the organization.  ( This a seasonal job starting in February and ending September) 

Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage team and department office supply needs including the ordering of supplies
  • Work with Directors to ensure all seasonable employees have the required paperwork properly filled out and turned in prior to season
  • Assist with the organization of office files for sponsorship, ticketing, etc.  
  • Assist with creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Assist coding invoices to General Ledger Accounts 
  • Managing the Front Office Desk including answering phones and greeting guests 
  • Assisting Director of Business Operations with any daily needs that arrive 
Skill Requirements:
  • Previous office experience helpful
  • Detail oriented with strong verbal and written skills
  • The ability to work long hours, including but not limited to weekends as well as holidays
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite Products and QuickBooks
  • Ability to work in a team environment  
  • Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
  • Positive customer service skills
