Overview:
- Ensuring quality and consistency of all food and beverage offerings
- Overseeing food preparation, storage, and service areas
- Maintaining accurate inventory.
- Management of all food and beverage staff, including training, delegating responsibilities, and developing a fun and productive atmosphere
- Oversight of nightly cleaning of all concessions areas.
- Organization of all concessions areas and products at all stages of productions; from receiving goods to serving fans.
- Provide direct “hands-on” cooking or prep work if necessary to deliver quality and prompt service
- Assisting or helping to ensure that all aspects of stadium operations are completed in a timely manner.
- Assisting or helping in management and staffing of game day employees.
- Assisting in preparing the ballpark for all Marlins home games.
- Ensuring an exceptional fan experience through great customer service.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Community sign placement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- May be required to attend player/mascot/organization appearances in the community.
- Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
- Must work all games.
