Event Management: Event Operations/Management
  • Ensuring quality and consistency of all food and beverage offerings
  • Overseeing food preparation, storage, and service areas
  • Maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Management of all food and beverage staff, including training, delegating responsibilities, and developing a fun and productive atmosphere
  • Oversight of nightly cleaning of all concessions areas.
  • Organization of all concessions areas and products at all stages of productions; from receiving goods to serving fans.
  • Provide direct “hands-on” cooking or prep work if necessary to deliver quality and prompt service
  • Assisting or helping to ensure that all aspects of stadium operations are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assisting or helping in management and staffing of game day employees.
  • Assisting in preparing the ballpark for all Marlins home games.
  • Ensuring an exceptional fan experience through great customer service.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Community sign placement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • May be required to attend player/mascot/organization appearances in the community.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
  • Must work all games.
