JOB TITLE: Part-Time Associate, Corporate Partnerships
DEPARTMENT: MSE Corporate Partnerships
REPORTS TO: Director, Corporate Partnership Development
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

ROLE
The Part-Time Associate, Corporate Partnerships role will be assigned recurring and one-off tasks specifically identified to support the Partnership Development team. The role will provide consistent, reliable support for sellers and prospective clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Provide support executing client meetings and hospitality events as identified by Partnership Development team
  • Build strong relationships with Corporate Partnerships team members via proactive communication
  • Support Partnership Development team in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Support creation of partnership proposals and sales materials to assist in the sales process.
  • Fulfill photoshop requests for proposals and sale materials
  • Administrative support including (but not limited to) fulfilment and shipment of merchandise and gifts to potential clients. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Photoshop and PowerPoint proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Experience with Nielsen Sports and Salesforce.com
  • Experience with YouGov or other equivalent survey analytics tool 
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with high level clientele and activation agencies
