The Inland Empire 66ers are a professional baseball team in the California League, owned and operated by the highly regarded and extremely successful Elmore Sports Group. With an amazing ballpark that boasts beautiful mountain views, the 66ers ranked #1 in California League attendance in 2017. We are looking for a hardworking, self-starter, team player who displays great attention to detail to fill the role as the Ticket Operations Coordinator.
TITLE: Ticket Operations Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Director of Ticket Operations and Sales
REQUIREMENTS: 
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Multi-task projects
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift objects at least 30 lbs.
SALARY & BENEFITS: $11 per hour, 5% commission on ticket package sales
JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: 
- 40-hour work weeks
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Box Office
- Work outside events hosted at the ballpark
- Input and process ticket payments
- Professionally represent the 66ers in the community
- Prospecting new & local businesses to increase ticket sales
- Deliver marketing materials to various businesses within the community
- Operate TicketReturn software
- Oversee and analyze customer data collection through various data-collecting avenues
- Organize and analyze game day ticket sales at the stadium
- Analyze the demographics of online sales vs. walk up sales to create target markets
- Assist Marketing Department with responsibilities
- Send out and analyze survey data through the Turnkey Surveying platform
