Member Manager / Operations Assistant

Company Background 

Pro X Athlete Development is a 60,000 sq. ft. athletic performance facility located inside the Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, IN. We specialize in offering a fully-comprehensive training experience for athletes with a focus on Sports Performance training, sport-specific skill training, Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab. We service a very diverse client base ranging from beginner athletes to current professional athletes and everyone in between. 

Job Description 

Pro X is searching for a dynamic leader who can manage and grow our membership database, while providing operational assistance throughout the facility. This person will serve as a membership liaison and assist in facility/business operations. Our members are the lifeblood of our business and we are looking for a leader dedicated to nurturing relationships with current members and designing new ways to grow our membership base. In addition, this position requires someone willing and capable of assisting in facility operations and taking an active role in the overall development of the business. This unique position allows for personal and professional growth in all aspects of an athlete development business.

Responsibilities 

● Establish and maintain relationships with Pro X customers with the intent to provide for all of their training needs. 
  • Facilitate new initiatives and programs designed to attract and acquire new members
  • Execute member management duties including, but not limited to, answering questions, responding to customer emails and phone calls, providing guidance on available training services, member on-boarding, visitor management, etc.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations such as facility maintenance, daily schedule planning, customer support, employee work schedules, front desk oversight, etc.
  • Collaborate with the entire Pro X team on inbound and outbound marketing strategies that have a direct focus on promoting memberships.
  • Sharpen and improve sales strategies for all of the services & programs offered by Pro X

Requirements
  • Must live or be willing to relocate to Central Indiana
  • Must be present during peak facility operation hours- evenings and weekends
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in a sales or marketing position
  • Must possess an outgoing and friendly personality and enjoy face to face interaction with others
  • Must be a reliable leader who is passionate about joining a team of professionals and excited to contribute to a great culture

Compensation 

This is a full-time salaried position based on applicants' prior experience and knowledge of the business.  (Range $35,000-$45,000).  Cell phone provided.  After six months of service as a full time employee, the incumbent will be eligible to participate in our 401k retirement plan; which includes a company percentage match. The employee will also be eligible to participate in an incentive program which allows for a share in the success of membership growth- the structure of which will be determined at a later date.
