50/50 Raffle Seller – Army/Navy Football Game (Event Day Position)

Description:
The Ted Williams Foundation is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to serve as 50/50 Raffle Sellers for the Army/Navy Football Game at M&T Bank Stadium. This is a one-day, event-based position involving direct interaction with fans in both the tailgate areas and inside the stadium concourse. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced sports environment and communicating with a high volume of guests.
Responsibilities:
• Actively engage with fans to sell 50/50 raffle tickets
• Provide accurate information regarding raffle procedures and prize distribution
• Utilize mobile ticketing technology (training provided)
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service at all times
• Contribute to individual and team fundraising goals
• Follow all stadium policies, safety guidelines, and supervisor direction
• Work collaboratively with other sellers and staff members
• Perform duties in outdoor and indoor environments, regardless of weather conditions
Qualifications
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the entire event day
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with guests
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
Compensation
• $150–$250 for the event day, depending on performance
• Bonus incentives for meeting designated goals
• Strong performers may be considered for future opportunities with the 2026 Orioles 50/50 Raffle Team
Additional Details:
This is a sold-out event with significant foot traffic. The position requires a full-day commitment and consistent interaction with fans throughout the shift.
