Facility Operations/Event Staff: Facility/Venue Management
The Tampa Bay Rays are looking to hire a Coordinator, Building Operations here at Tropicana Field. 

The Coordinator, Building Operations will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
  • Recording and making routine checks of interior and exterior of stadium for cleanliness, safety and maintenance needs.
  • Supervision of event set-up and tear down.
  • Organization and communication of game day and special event needs.
  • Procurement of supplies for maintenance and cleaning needs through Workplace.
  • Oversee stadium sustainability efforts while participating in MLB initiatives.
  • Track budget and capital projects and provide necessary financial analysis, forecasting and projections using Excel.
  • Interdepartmental coordination for all special needs involving maintenance department.
  • Payroll oversight and tracking for maintenance department using ADP system.
  • Event supervision.
  • Assist in event planning, meetings and coordination with vendors and promoters of various events.
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays and extended hours.
  • Willing to learn and operate various types of equipment including scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.
  • Work will require lifting and mechanically inclined job duties.
