Accounting and Finance: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Purchasing
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable processing, including: 
    • Opening and distributing mail, cut and distribute checks, record manual AP payments  
    • Keying invoices and check requests; process/record integration of these documents from Workplace 
    • Assist and back up Accounting Coordinator with keying purchase orders, matching invoices to purchase orders, and managing open/closed P.O.S, including integration from Workplace 
    • Keying and processing expense report reimbursements, including integrations from Workplace and Concur 
    • Vendor phone calls, research, statement analysis, credit analysis 
    • Preparing credit and direct bill applications 
    • Weekly filing and annual storage of records 
    • Year-end 1099 and 1042 processing 
    • Ensure adherence to all disbursement policies including proper approvals of documents and education and training on various third party software systems integrating to Netsuite 
  • Special projects, reports, and other related duties and tasks as required from time to time
  • Various ad hoc reporting to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain/update documentation on processes and procedures 
  • Participate in monthly close and annual audit
Qualification & Skills:
  • HS diploma and 2 or more years comparable work experience 
  • Beginning to Intermediate Excel and Word skills desirable with ability to adapt to improving technologies
  • MS Dynamics Great Plains, Netsuite, Concur, and Paramount Workplace software experience helpful
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to work with all levels of employees within the company
  • Discretion with confidential information
