INTRODUCTION
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium — America’s Busiest Ballpark — is the Spring Training home of the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals, and the Florida State League home of the Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals. The stadium hosts more than 300,000 fans annually across Spring Training, minor league games, tournaments, and community events. We’re looking for an energetic and driven Group Ticket Sales Executive to join our team and help grow revenue through group tickets, hospitality packages, and ticket plans. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Generate revenue through the sale and service of group tickets, suites, season plans, and mini plans for both Spring Training and minor league seasons.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, networking) with a goal of 200 new outreaches per week to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, referrals, community events, and CRM tools.
  • Develop creative group experiences and promotional concepts that enhance fan engagement and drive sales.
  • Build relationships with businesses and organizations to secure new group sales and renewals.
  • Participate in presentations, networking events, and game-day promotions to generate new business.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring top-tier customer service and retention.
  • Collaborate with management on corporate partnerships, promotional inventory, and activation opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, revenue projections, and prospecting performance.
  • Deliver an exceptional “fans-first” experience at every touchpoint.
 
OTHER DUTIES:
  • Assist with game-day operations during Spring Training and minor league seasons.
  • Contribute ideas to the promotional calendar for the Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals.
  • Support the marketing and events teams with creative ideas to promote the stadium and its offerings.
 
EXPERIENCE/ REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 2+ years of experience in group, partnership, or ticket sales within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Proven ability to prospect, sell, and close in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to work long hours, weekends, and game days.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example and support department goals.
