Driveline Baseball is seeking a motivated Content Intern to join the team in our Arizona facility, where you’ll craft compelling visual stories that resonate with our community. In this role, you'll contribute to content projects from conception through to execution, harnessing your creative vision and technical expertise to produce high-quality video content. Your work will embody the spirit of innovation and excellence that Driveline stands for, providing educational and engaging content that reflects our cutting-edge approach to baseball training and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support Content team in the planning and execution of content production in our Arizona facility.
- Execute the operational aspects of production, such as camera setup, filming, lighting, and sound recording.
- Contribute to post-production tasks, including video editing, motion graphics creation, and audio mastering, under the supervision of senior staff.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for content development and conceptualization.
- Provide logistical support to the Content team, helping to manage equipment, schedule shoots, and coordinate project details.
- Receive and implement feedback from supervisors, aiming for continuous improvement in all aspects of content creation.
- Stay informed about current trends and technologies in video editing, production, and storytelling to suggest innovative ideas for content enhancement.
- Juggle multiple assignments effectively, understanding the importance of time management and prioritization in a fast-paced work environment.
- Perform additional support tasks as needed to facilitate the smooth operation of the Content team.
Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
- Demonstrated experience with camera operation and video editing, as well as a desire to learn advanced techniques.
- An understanding of the post-production process, including knowledge of audio/visual formats and basic video compression.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a budding passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that may include non-standard hours to accommodate project needs.
- Interest in baseball is a plus, with a keenness to develop content that resonates with the baseball community.
