Job Title: Ticketing CRM Coordinator (Salary Non-Exempt)
Department: Ticket Sales  
Reports To: Ticketing CRM Manager

Job Purpose:     
The position will support and enhance the CRM efforts throughout the organization with a specific focus on the day-to-day needs of the ticket sales department. This position is responsible for creating and distributing sales leads for campaigns and ensuring the proper working of said leads. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance and administration for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database including user Management, data hygiene, and data manipulation.
  • Through data mining, analyze customer databases and demographics to identify customer profiles and purchase trends to provide best potential leads to Account Executives and maximize sales.
  • Ensure efficiency and proper usage of CRM.
  • Creation and Maintenance of Sales Campaigns, Opportunities, and Leads
  • Champion data accuracy and data quality. Constantly scrub (merge/purge) CRM and TDC to ensure data correctness and consistency.
  • Identify ways to use CRM data of all Reds customer-facing departments to improve ticket sales and service models
  • Maintain baseline understanding of sales and service techniques, ProVenue software, and other Ticketing business processes in order to better support CRM needs and efforts
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Generation of customer lists for communication campaigns

 Experience, Education and Licensure:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Business or related field required
  • 1-3 years of Business experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year CRM administration experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Problem Solver
  • Analytical
  • Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Knowledge of Sales Strategies and Consumer behavior
  • Proficient in Excel

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
 
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
