Ushers & Ticket Takers - Arrive 1 hour before gates open unless otherwise scheduled by your supervisor. Ushers are responsible for cleaning their designated seating section prior to gates opening; greeting fans as they arrive to their seating section; assisting fans in finding their seats; conducting customer service to fans throughout the game; overseeing assisgned seating sections for any potential problems. Ticket takers are the first employees to greet our fans as they arrive at the stadium and should have a cheerful disposition. Ticket takers will scan each ticket as fans enter the stadium; may be assigned responsibilities at the front gate such as handing out giveaway items or programs; maintain gate and skybox entrance security during the game events; and assist in final ticket counts for each game event. Your supervisor may assign other duties at any time. Pay Rate for both positions– Minimum Wage (4-5 hours per event).
