Position Summary
We are hiring a Premium Ticketing Manager.  The Premium Ticketing Manager will work closely with the Director, Box Office along with the full Ticket Operations and premium sales teams to fulfill the vision for all things within the department.  The Premium Ticketing Manager will be responsible to ensure standardization within our company Archtics database including all 3rd party integrations.  The Premium Ticketing Manager will also work with venue tenants who maintain their own Archtics databases
While you are here, you will:
  • Work with team, arena, and premium sales staff to ensure standardization within the Archtics database.
  • Maintain knowledge and coordinate enhancements of all 3rd party integrations that affect the Archtics database such as IOMedia, Kore, Salesforce, Season Share, TicketManager, our mobile app, Entry, parking solutions, etc
  • Create and maintain all suite, premium areas and club level ticketed events with the Archtics database.
  • Execute all annual payment plans and individual suite rental payments 
  • Represent UBS Arena in the box office during events 
  • Work with Ticketmaster to ensure all individual event purchaser data is loaded into the Archtics database.
  • Coordinate with all ticket operations groups and Ticketmaster for annual database cleanups and upgrades.
  • In conjunction with the New York Islander Ticket Operations Staff and the UBS Arena box office staff, create a QA process for all event builds within the Archtics database and the Ticketmaster host system.
  • Develop the process for all Right of First Refusal and Presale opportunities for approved groups (+premium spaces)
  • Educate team and staff about solutions that Archtics and 3rd party integrations can provide to them for ticketing needs
  • Provide excellent customer service with efficient ticketing procedures, prompt responses to requests or communication, and coordination with all departments to resolve guest concerns and seat discrepancies.
  • Work in coordination with the Sales, Marketing & Sponsorship Departments to handle ticketing needs
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
What you need to be qualified:
  • Three to five years of experience with the Ticketmaster suite of products including Archtics, Account Manager, TM Inventory Control, and Mobile Technology 
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as train, manage, and motivate others.
  • Candidate must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities in occasional high stress situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as being able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Candidate must also have the ability to work with the public and possess conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, yet comfortable completing tasks independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an expert ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.
  • Must be a fierce communicator and cross-organizational collaborator.
  • Up to date on the latest industry trends for ticketing that can help drive the department to be at the forefront of other teams and arenas in North America.
  • Experience with large-scale events in a stadium or concert setting of a similar size (18,000 seats) is highly desirable
