Position Summary
We are hiring a Manager, Box Office.  If you are passionate about building your career in a brand new, world class venue, then we want to get to know you.  Bring your collaboration and deep understanding of Box Office Operations.  You will report directly to the Director, Box Office and functionally support the Box Office team while frequently interacting with all departments to provide a best-in-class employee experience.
While you are here, you will:
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships while meeting and exceeding client service level agreements
  • Advise and assist with reporting for the venue and its Promoter clients
  • Provide initial venue specific information to promoters such as venue specs and requirements, scaling and financials.
  • Submit events to Ticketmaster for programming
  • Manage all inventory requirements, special offers and programs on behalf of venue and promoter. 
  • Responsible for day of show support for Venue, promoter and customers, with night of show settlement and reporting as required.
  • Remain current with new software/product releases including the creation/modification of reports
  • Build all events in the Archtics database and setup Account Manager for sales to our premium ticket members.
  • Setup scanners, gates, addresses, rules, exceptions, load events, archive with the Ticketmaster Entry system
  • Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify the root cause of issues including the research of client/customer complaints about service levels
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
What you need to be qualified:
  • Required experience of 5+ years with the Ticketmaster suite of products including Archtics (as a super user), TM Inventory Control, TM Entry, TMONE, and Mobile Technology.
  • Required experience of at least 3 years with a professional sports team or large performance venue.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as train, manage, and motivate others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills required.
  • Candidate must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities in occasional high stress situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as being able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Candidate must also have the ability to work with the public and possess conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, yet comfortable completing tasks independently
