SoFi Stadium, the new home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, is located at Hollywood Park, a 298-acre sports and entertainment destination being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke in Inglewood, California. The 3.1 million square-foot SoFi Stadium is the largest stadium in the NFL, as well as the first indoor outdoor stadium. It seats approximately 70,000, expandable up to 100,000, with more than 260 luxury suites and more than 13,000 premium seats. SoFi Stadium has already secured Super Bowl LVI in 2022, the College Football National Championship Game in 2023, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympic Games in 2028.

Hollywood Park is seeking a Latin Publicity Specialist to be a key part of its Publicity and Communications teams. The Publicity department has responsibilities across music, special events, and entertainment for YouTube Theater, SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park.  The Publicity team collaborates with other departments across social media, marketing, events, community relations, and more. The Latin Publicity Specialist must be bilingual, and be an ambitious, self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking team player who is confident working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 



  • Work with the Publicity and Marketing team to announce Latin concerts and events
  • Provide creative, out-of-the-box thinking to contribute to a steady cadence of media coverage.
  • Pitch story ideas and identify media opportunities. 
  • Create and manage lists for campaigns as well as master lists. 
  • Coordinate/execute photo, print and broadcast media shoots during Latin events.
  • Coordinate and work with other departments on press events. 
  • Draft and translate into Spanish press releases, PR plans, talking points, fact sheets,  and internal and external documents.
  • Contribute to Hollywood Park’s overall communications plans and activities. 
  • Manage/coordinate press at events.
  • Maintain, contribute to, and create press kits and public-facing assets. 
  • Work with team members to develop coverage reports, monthly PR/analytics reports. Track PR metrics via company-used platforms. 



  • Bilingual and fluent in Spanish (written and oral communication)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant music, venue, and/or entertainment experience within public/media relations. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
  • Relationships with Latin media journalists across music and entertainment, in the LA market and nationally.
  • Proven track record of securing media coverage and significantly contributing to PR campaigns.
  • Ability to handle high volume of daily correspondence/requests with various departments.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan across simultaneous projects.
  • Positive, “make it happen” attitude, motivated by results, and ready to jump in from day 1.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
