Aside from general concessions, Delaware North Sportservice at Oriole Park at Camden Yards also offers upscale dining and services in premium seating, including suites and club seating areas, as well as providing retail merchandise in our Team Store on Eutaw Street, and our stores and kiosks throughout the ballpark.
 
We are currently hiring Service All Stars to join our 2018 line up in the following seasonal part-time position:
 
Position Summary:  Under the direction of the Retail Warehouse Manager, Assists with the inventory and restocking of retail merchandise to stores, portables, kiosks and guests in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.
 
Essential Functions:  Receives, maintains, organizes and stores inventory and supplies for the retail warehouse; Determines quantities to adequately stock at retail locations and coordinates inventory transfers with related locations within the stadium; Delivers merchandise to stores and retail locations by receiving and transferring items; Conducts monthly physical inventories, ensures merchandise is transferred accurately, reconciles variances and inputs data; Completes paperwork in a timely and accurate manner; Initiates procedures to set standards for the warehouse and identifies warehouse improvements; Follows warehouse policies and safety regulations.
Non-essential Functions:  Performs other duties as assigned by Retail Warehouse Supervisor or Retail Management Team.
Education & Experience:  Must be at least 18 years of age; High school diploma or GED desired; Experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards; Strong leadership skills to delegate/coach others; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment; Basic math skills to ensure accuracy of merchandise quantities Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Capable of following job guidelines and supervisors instructions; Must be dependable and punctual; Must be self-motivated.
Physical Requirements:  Frequent walking throughout venue for entire length of shift; Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently for entire length of shift; Ability to maintain one’s balance; Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; Ability to stand for entire length of shift; Ability to raise and project voice to market and sell product, for entire length of shift; Visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish merchandise and operate point of sale system.
Environmental Working Conditions:  May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on season; May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces - noise level may be moderate to high during busy times.
