Comcast Spectacor Gaming is launching a new gaming entertainment platform and we are looking for an experienced and strategic content distribution executive, who can work and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment knowing they are helping to build the foundation for a long-term business. 
Candidates should have extensive media industry experience, with a deep background in content distribution sales, business development, working with linear MVPDs, vMVPDs, OTT and digital video platforms.  
As a member of the leadership team, you will help lead and work with your colleagues to ensure maximized growth for our industry-leading content and businesses. 

  • Partner with CRO and Leadership team to continuously refine a long-term strategy that maximizes distribution and revenue of owned and operated content 
  • Be a critical part of revenue and overall leadership team, guiding path of holistic business
  • Work with existing contacts to accelerate and/or initiate short-term conversations
  • Integrate into existing distribution conversations and manage deal flow
  • Work with legal personnel to shepherd distribution negotiations
  • Collaborate with Director, Sales Strategy to pursue highest-yield priorities
  • Create business plans for content distribution, working alongside sales leadership to lay groundwork for high-growth revenue
  • Facilitate communication between content operations team for the onboarding of new distribution partners
  • Structure and build team as business develops 
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions and new content distribution opportunities
  • Ad Hoc projects with various groups in the organization
Desired Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and content sales across linear and digital platforms
  • Established history of initiating, structuring and negotiating distribution deals with the largest platforms in linear, OTT and digital media
  • A leader that treats internal culture as a top priority, facilitating an open and inclusive environment between all levels of employee
  • Strong relationships with decision makers at relevant distribution organizations, both domestically and internationally
  • MBA preferred
