Comcast Spectacor Gaming is launching a new gaming entertainment platform and we are looking for an experienced and strategic sales executive, who can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, knowing they are helping to build the foundation for a long-term business. 
Candidates should have extensive revenue experience, with a history of leading multi-platform revenue teams to success.  Extensive background in traditional and digital media sales, sponsorships and the overall development of multi-year, value-driven partnerships.
As a member of the leadership team, you will help lead and work with your colleagues to ensure maximized growth for our industry-leading businesses. 

  • Collaborate on the development of short and long-term sales strategies that maximize portfolio of assets for partnership revenue
  • Be a key member of overall leadership team, guiding path of holistic business
  • Lead, manage, and inspire sales team to think big around value driven brand partnerships
  • Establish strong relationships and communication with content leadership, brand integration and sales strategy teams to facilitate seamless revenue system
  • Work with sales and legal team to negotiate complex partnerships
  • Collaborate with Director, Sales Strategy to uncover and focus teams on highest-yield opportunities
  • Develop programmatic advertising solution and build towards long-term excellence
  • Help to develop structure for a best-in-class client management team
  • When applicable, work with Comcast and NBCU leadership to ensure proper communication 
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions and new areas of focus and positioning
  • Ad Hoc projects with various groups in the organization
Desired Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years of revenue team leadership
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and communicating clear revenue strategies and goals, as well as, marketplace positioning that guides team to success.
  • A leader that prioritizes internal culture, facilitating an open and inclusive environment between all levels of employee
  • A wide array of strong relationships with decision makers at brands, marketing and media agencies
