The Marketing Department is looking for a creative and driven individual who has a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn. The Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to learn and work on marketing campaigns for the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia Wings, Wells Fargo Center, and Spectacor Events & Entertainment. The Marketing Intern will also assist with game night marketing activations. 
 
Responsibilities
  •  Learn to create and assist with marketing plans and campaigns
  • Learn to create and assist with proofing of all marketing collaterals – print, TV, radio, outdoor, collateral, etc.
  • Conduct extensive marketing research and present findings to the marketing team
  • Participate in the execution of game night/special event promotions under direction of Marketing Department 
  • Attend community events under direction and supervision of Marketing Team
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
Must be a college junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing a degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field (The internship is PAID, however housing/transportation are the Intern’s responsibility)
  • Willingness to work on game nights and/or weekends as game/event schedule requires
  • Must be a highly detail-oriented, self-motivated communicator who follows direction and functions well in a dynamic environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects, adapting to changing schedules, finishing tasks quickly, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
