Marketing: Game Operations/Presentation
Overview:
Comcast Spectacor is seeking an experienced Multimedia Production Coordinator to assist in the design and execution of elements during events held at the Wells Fargo Center.  

Responsibilities:
  • Create graphics and video content based on the marketing brand guidelines for in-arena. 
  • Create sponsor elements, sales, and event related messages as requested, build and playback graphic sequence based on the show/event script.
  • Creative conceptualization, execution, and incorporation of 3D and 2D animations, motion and still graphics, photos, etc. for use in games an event.
  • Maintain an active and persistent overview of trends and tools necessary to remain on the cutting edge of graphics and video.
  • Collaborate and work alongside the Creative Content Department to develop engaging elements for in-arena.
  • Work with Sr. Director and Sr. Producer in execution of all game and event elements 
  • Proficiency in systems including but not limited to Ross Xpressions, EVS and ClickFX.
  • Flexibility to serve as a control room operator for events.
  • Required to work flexible hours and days as production assignments dictate, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Control room liaison between engineering staff and game presentation for the Philadelphia 76ers games and miscellaneous events. 
  • All other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in arena, broadcast, television video and/or graphics production 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Broadcast or equivalent
  • Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and/or AVID Media Composer.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, steady demeanor in fast paced, high profile environments
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs and other file sharing and collaborative methods
