Job Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate part-time Guest Service Representative opening at Pechanga Arena in San Diego, CA. The Guest Service Representative is responsible to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the internal and external areas of Pechanga Arena's property. These duties include but are not limited to cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas with various specialized cleaning equipment across the arena. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

Our business is event based and our labor needs vary widely from week to week and event to event. For this reason, all of our part-time positions are "as needed" and we cannot offer employees consistent schedules or a guaranteed number of hours per week.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest services at all Pechanga Arena SD by attending to guests needs.
Scan and check for valid tickets at entry gates.
Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections.
Proactively approach guests that may have a question, difficulty, or complaint.
Handle complaints, disturbances, or related problems with guests in an effective manner. Forward complaint to Supervisor or Event Manager as applicable.
Ensure guests are following all policies and code of conduct requirements. Report issues or violations to Supervisor or Event Manager.
Keep aisles, concourses, and stairs clear of guests while event is in progress.
Hours of work include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, meeting all call times as set by management.
Other duties and unexpected needs as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or its equivalency
A minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience preferably in the sports/entertainment venue environment.
Must be able to work evenings and are required to be available to work all weekends and holiday.
Must be able to stand consistently for a minimum of 8 hours and withstand various weather elements such as high temperatures and rain.
Excellent customer service skills
