We are looking for an Event and Operations Manager to help deliver hospitality experiences at major sports events including MLB London Series, Cricket at Lord’s and The Oval, England Rugby at Twickenham, Wimbledon and much more.

You will be working closely with Rights Holders to ensure the hospitality experience they deliver for our clients is of the highest standards, helping create and deliver a huge hospitality programme at this summer’s MLB London Series as well as ensuring our clients receive first-class customers service from point of booking through to post-event feedback.


  • Full event hospitality management for the MLB London Series
    • Support the general planning and set up processes for the event
    • Collaborating with key staff within MLB event operations team delivery team
    • Ticket allocation and delivery of tickets to customers
    • Design and layout of multiple hospitality rooms
    • Onsite management and briefings of key event staff, caterers, venue, guest speakers, security, AV, volunteers
  • Provide day-to day general administrative duties to support the Operations team as required including raising purchase orders & invoice processing
  • Working with the sales and operational teams to achieve exceptional service from the beginning to the end of an event booking experience.
  • Highlight process improvements, and apply knowledge to provide the best quality service to clients both pre event and on the day
  • Liaise with key suppliers and ensure strong working relationships and ensuring our product is delivered to a high standard with each of them, working alongside Operations Director
  • Manage and share client information with relevant parties for events
  • Creative ideas/suggestions for events to enhance offering for our customers
