Work Schedule: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends. Travel is irregular, but not impossible.

Job Description: We are looking for an Athlete Contract Manager to oversee all contracts with Student-Athletes. This role negotiates and executes contracts directly with Student-Athletes. This role will liaise with appropriate parties across the space to ensure all parties have a favorable outcome.

Job Duties:

Responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and reporting contracts with Student-Athletes
Deliver favorable and reasonable outcomes balancing many stakeholder objectives under pressure and on time

Job Requirements:

Negotiation experience, preferably in the sports space
Strong understanding of the collegiate space
Spectacular interpersonal skills, including regular communication with Student -Athletes, senior leadership, and ancillary stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree required, J.D. preferred
