Basic Function: Support the Texans Luxe & Partnership departments with administrative and service-related activities to drive Partner and Luxe Member satisfaction and value.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage department hospitality inventory, deadlines, workflow, and fulfillment. 
  • Manage department signage inventory, deadlines, workflow, and fulfillment. 
  • Manage partnerships department ticketing inventory and oversee ticket fulfillment. 
  • Coordinate communication and planning with Texans Partnership Marketing staff on assignments related to hospitality and signage. 
  • Manage single game suite accounts/process.
  • Manage Luxe Gameday preparations – East/West closet set-up, Concierge iPads, Sideline Seat credentials, Luxe gameday signage, Postgame Experience credentials, etc.
  • Provide Gameday support to the Sr. Director of Luxe Partnership Services to include, but not limited to, gameday preparation activities/tasks, concierge staff management, pregame sampling & experiences, etc.
  • Coordinate the implementation and execution of the Luxe Field Club seats and hospitality area for Texans Luxe Members.
  • Support the Postgame Experience team to achieve high satisfaction rates for Texans Luxe Members.
  • Assume lead administrator role for stadium partner management including maintenance support and tracking, stadium cleaning, and stadium catering.
  • Create gameday information overview for department with timelines, partners, and luxe members in attendance and more.
  • Provide year-round support for Texans games, Texans tentpole events and LSSE events.
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Sr. Director of Partnership Marketing, Sr. Director of Luxe Partnership Services and/or SVP of Partnerships.
Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommunicating manner.

  • Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Proficiency in use of Archtics.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in sport premium ticketing and/or customer service preferred.
