We are RCX Sports, the leader in youth sports experiences and events. While diverse in our offerings, we are the official licensee and operating partner of NFL FLAG, Jr. NBA Leagues, NHL Street Hockey, MLS GO, and MLB Pitch Hit and Run. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to assist with the strategic planning, execution, and day-to-day management of all aspects surrounding the RCX Sports brands including NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, MLS GO and MLB Pitch, Hit and Run, Rivals Camp Series and more. This position will be specific to our MLS GO and NHL Street programs.  The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and events who is also innovative and a creative thinker.  
  
What you'll do:
  • Implement year-long strategic marketing programs, including experiential, brand, and digital programs that meet internal and external goals and objectives for MLS GO and NHL Street programs.  
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing marketing spend to achieve desired outcomes.  
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including event signage, brochures, flyers, digital fliers, website updates, and email newsletters, ensuring consistency and high- quality standards.  
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key leaders and day-to-day program contacts.  
  • Work collaboratively among other departments to provide solutions for achieving programs’ goals and objectives, and present ideas to program partners to create opportunities for the program.  
  • Track and compile appropriate metrics that demonstrate ROI and growth opportunities for program partners in real-time, mid-season, and end-of-season.  
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing techniques, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies.  
  • Assist in other duties as assigned.  
  
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field  
  • At least 4 years of experience collaborating and partnering with professional sports organizations to produce exceptional brand experience events 
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal department leaders and external stakeholders to align marketing brand and overall company objectives 
  • Proven ability to innovatively think on your feet, see alternatives, and provide creative solutions.  
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading marketing initiatives from concept to execution.  
  • Strong understanding in finding the most effective and efficient way to accomplish tasks within the processes, systems, timelines, and budget.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.  
  • A strong understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior in youth demographics, and the multi-sports landscape.

Additional Position Details:  
  • Travel Expectations: Up to 30% of the time 
  • Department: Marketing 
  • Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing - Brand Experiences 
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: None 
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday with regular travel on nights and weekends 
  • Compensation Structure: Salaried (paid semi-monthly), FLSA-Exempt, eligible for annual discretionary bonus based on Company and personal performance 
  • Location: Hybrid – Roswell, GA or Sylvan Lake, MI – This position will regularly work at least 3 days per week on-site at the RCX Sports office in Roswell, GA or Sylvan Lake, MI (candidate preference) and may occasionally work from home.
