Seasonal Ticket Office: Client Services Representative - USTA (Flushingf, NY)

Client Services Representative

 (Duties)

·         Provide customer service and enhance the USTA's image by following customer service policies/procedures

·         Respond to ticket orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints by phone, email and chat

·         Respond to inquiries by researching and resolving problems related to transactions handled by the Ticket Office

·         Provide all guests with ticket package information, offers, and upgrades

·         Handle customer inquiries and criticism by telephone and in person

·         Assist Ticket Staff with various projects including tracking and reporting of ticket sales and/or availability

·         Perform general clerical duties, data entry, filing, faxing, and other duties as assigned

(Requirements)

·         Must have the ability to learn quickly ,work efficiently and be computer proficient to access/update customer records

·         Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics (or similar ticketing system), Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·         Must maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor, adhering to the core expectations of our team at all times and possess ability to work as part of a team and get along with coworkers

·         Must be available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament, including nights, and weekends and available to work 12+ hour shifts

·         Must be able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment and during stressful situations

·         Previous experience working in sales or in a call center (preferred)

·         Experience working in a ticket office for major sporting event, team or venue (preferred)

·         Must arrive for shift on time, neatly groomed, and in a clean, pressed, well-maintained uniform

·         Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

·         Must be personable and proactive in providing assistance to all guests with the highest level of customer service

·         Must have excellent communication skills with thorough understanding of written and spoken English

·         Bilingual (preferred)

Sales & Marketing: Event Operations/Management
Seasonal, Membership Assistant - USTA National Headquarters (White Plains, NY)

 Assist with Member Events Logistics

o   Mail premiums, Member Gifts and Membership Enrollment Forms

o   Secure mailing of tablets to tournaments and back to White Plain’s office

o   Create Logins for Member Check In

o   Run daily reports of Member Check In per Member Event

o   Track gift redemption per Member Event

·         Assist in the creation of source codes for all Member Events and US Open

·         Assist with US Open Logistics:

o   Booth Schedule for Volunteers and Staff

o   Distribution of uniforms

o   Work at the booth

·         Assist in the maintenance and tracking of membership premium and giveaway inventory

·         Assist in the maintenance of Membership Gated Pages

·         Provide support with Membership-related business projects as usual projects

·         Assist with other projects as needed

Willing and able to work out of the National Tennis Center in Flushing New York during the US OPEN

CRM and Ticket Sales Analyst - USTA National Headquarters (White Plains, NY)

The CRM and Ticket Sales Analyst is an integral part of the Digital Strategy and Ticketing team.  In this role, he/she will provide key analytical and operational support to the US Open CRM initiatives as well as the US Open ticket sales and digital partnership operations.   Duties include but not limited to:

  •  Manages daily operations and optimization of US Open CRM database; collaborates with CRM software provider to leverage its full capabilities to better understand, service and monetize US Open fans, attendees and related stakeholders
  • Works with Ticketing, Marketing, and Digital Strategy to create customer segmentation models and communication plans for email and mobile campaigns.
  • Analyzes US Open ticket sales data, trends, and develops forecasts; identifies key insights, opportunities and risks and communicates those to key stakeholders
  • Works with 3rd party ticket sales business intelligence vendors to provide holistic reporting to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate sponsor specific digital reporting, identify relevant KPI’s and oversee proper reporting / analysis including web traffic and digital campaign tracking

Qualifications/Other:

  • 3+ years in analyst or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably with coursework in business administration, finance, accounting, and digital marketing
  • Experience in managing CRM programs, CRM data analysis, and developing customer segmentation models.
  • Experience in translating complex data to simplified insights
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multi-task in a high-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, proactive self-starter
  • Strong time management, organization skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Sports  or entertainment industry experience preferred

Manager, Data Analytics - USTA National Headquarters (White Plains, NY)

Plans, manages and executes a comprehensive analytics program across the organization.  Duties include but not limited to:

  • Instilling a data centric mindset within the organization by implementing Analytics best practices across all digital properties.
  • Leveraging those integrations to create best in class dashboard reports and innovative visualizations.

Senior Manager, Partnerships - WTA Tour (St. Petersburg, FL)

Job Title: Sr. Manager, Partnerships

Reports to: Sr. Director, Partnerships

Summary: The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Director, Partnerships. Duties will include: developing creative concepts; developing sales pitch/presentation materials; research and ideation; pro-forma development and support sponsor servicing support when required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Research and identify new prospects and potential sponsors' businesses to understand their marketing objectives
• Work with the Creative Services team to create partnership presentations, proposals and other materials to generate new revenue 
• Managing and optimizing our clients' campaigns
• Create pro-forma reports for potential contracts 
• Manage and provide appropriate research data for business development efforts
• Project-manage timelines & asset submissions
• Support global sales team at client/agency meetings 
• Ability to interface with multiple WTA departments (i.e. marketing, communications, digital, etc.) and effectively provide integrated solutions for potential and existing sponsors
• Work with the Partnerships team managers to enhance current partnership activation and programs, identify new net revenue opportunities, and provide additional value for the partnerships 
• Assist in the partner renewal process by understanding current sponsor business objectives and KPIs to generate maximum ROI, ROO and results
• Work with creative services to appropriately present creative ideas and concepts to management, players, tournaments and potential partners
• Identify current trends in the industry and incorporate these ideas and concepts into new and existing partnership proposals

Desired skills and background:
• Bachelor's degree in sports management, business administration or related field.
• A minimum of 5 - 7 years previous experience in sales, sponsorship, brand marketing, account management or advertising
• Experience in partnership development or marketing in sports/entertainment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written & presentation) 
• Creative and innovative thinker 
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work as part of a team yet self-motivated and can work independently
• Must be outstanding in ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities
