CRM and Ticket Sales Analyst - USTA National Headquarters (White Plains, NY)

The CRM and Ticket Sales Analyst is an integral part of the Digital Strategy and Ticketing team.  In this role, he/she will provide key analytical and operational support to the US Open CRM initiatives as well as the US Open ticket sales and digital partnership operations.   Duties include but not limited to:

  •  Manages daily operations and optimization of US Open CRM database; collaborates with CRM software provider to leverage its full capabilities to better understand, service and monetize US Open fans, attendees and related stakeholders
  • Works with Ticketing, Marketing, and Digital Strategy to create customer segmentation models and communication plans for email and mobile campaigns.
  • Analyzes US Open ticket sales data, trends, and develops forecasts; identifies key insights, opportunities and risks and communicates those to key stakeholders
  • Works with 3rd party ticket sales business intelligence vendors to provide holistic reporting to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate sponsor specific digital reporting, identify relevant KPI’s and oversee proper reporting / analysis including web traffic and digital campaign tracking


  • 3+ years in analyst or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably with coursework in business administration, finance, accounting, and digital marketing
  • Experience in managing CRM programs, CRM data analysis, and developing customer segmentation models.
  • Experience in translating complex data to simplified insights
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multi-task in a high-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, proactive self-starter
  • Strong time management, organization skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Sports  or entertainment industry experience preferred

Manager, Data Analytics - USTA National Headquarters (White Plains, NY)

Plans, manages and executes a comprehensive analytics program across the organization.  Duties include but not limited to:

  • Instilling a data centric mindset within the organization by implementing Analytics best practices across all digital properties.
  • Leveraging those integrations to create best in class dashboard reports and innovative visualizations. 
  • Be the single owner responsible for ‘source of truth’ data across the department and organization by defining reporting requirements that are trusted due to insightful analysis.   
  • Work with department and organization leads to create and track meaningful data and KPI’s against various marketing campaigns (e.g., Social, Email, Web, etc.,)
  • Ensures organization is delivering on engagement growth across all channels through trusted reports and visualizations.
  • Applies analytics to derive actionable insights from platforms to inform content decisions
  • Works holistically with Director to build and expand on all platforms while maintaining the day-to-day reporting needs of the organization. 


  • A minimum of 5-6 years in Customer Relationship Marketing, Data Strategy and/or Customer Analytics.
  • BA/BS degree in related field (i.e., Business, Computer Science, Design) required.  
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Analytics and similar web and video analytics tools.
  • Experience implementing A/B testing tools such as Adobe Test & Target is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Audience Manager.
  • Curiosity for customer data and its ability to transform and drive marketing success.
  • Strong partnership skills and experience working with various functional teams and stakeholders.

Manager, Social Media - USTA National Headquarters (White Plains, NY)

Plans, manages and executes strategic digital campaigns across multiple platforms and audience segments to drive brand awareness and grow social media footprint.  Duties include but not limited to:

  • Executes social media strategy as outlined by Director, ensuring goals are met by team and content is continuously optimized for key audience segments
  • Cultivates partnerships with cross-functional counterparts to manage change and foster a social media first corporate culture

  • Generates new ideas and partners with Director on strategic initiatives
  • Keeps abreast of tennis news, social media trends in the digital space to provide insights that inform strategic projects
  • Works holistically with Director to build and expand on all platforms while maintaining the day-to-day content needs of SnapChat, YouTube and Tumblr 


  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in custom content creation, digital publishing, social media reporting and copy editing 
  • Editorial content background preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in related field e.g. liberal arts, journalism or marketing preferred
  • Strategic and creative thinker 
  • Excellent technical skills e.g. Sprinklr, Trackmaven, FB and Twitter ads manager 
  • Proven track record of growing and building social media audiences
  • Approaches tasks and deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Strong focus and attention to detail

Senior Manager, Partnerships - WTA Tour (St. Petersburg, FL)

Reports to: Sr. Director, Partnerships

Summary: The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Director, Partnerships. Duties will include: developing creative concepts; developing sales pitch/presentation materials; research and ideation; pro-forma development and support sponsor servicing support when required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Research and identify new prospects and potential sponsors' businesses to understand their marketing objectives
• Work with the Creative Services team to create partnership presentations, proposals and other materials to generate new revenue 
• Managing and optimizing our clients' campaigns
• Create pro-forma reports for potential contracts 
• Manage and provide appropriate research data for business development efforts
• Project-manage timelines & asset submissions
• Support global sales team at client/agency meetings 
• Ability to interface with multiple WTA departments (i.e. marketing, communications, digital, etc.) and effectively provide integrated solutions for potential and existing sponsors
• Work with the Partnerships team managers to enhance current partnership activation and programs, identify new net revenue opportunities, and provide additional value for the partnerships 
• Assist in the partner renewal process by understanding current sponsor business objectives and KPIs to generate maximum ROI, ROO and results
• Work with creative services to appropriately present creative ideas and concepts to management, players, tournaments and potential partners
• Identify current trends in the industry and incorporate these ideas and concepts into new and existing partnership proposals

Desired skills and background:
• Bachelor's degree in sports management, business administration or related field.
• A minimum of 5 - 7 years previous experience in sales, sponsorship, brand marketing, account management or advertising
• Experience in partnership development or marketing in sports/entertainment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written & presentation) 
• Creative and innovative thinker 
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work as part of a team yet self-motivated and can work independently
• Must be outstanding in ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities
