Compensation and Human Resources Business Partner - PGA TOUR (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL)

We are currently looking to add to that team and are searching for a Compensation and Human Resources Business Partner.

Qualifcations

  • BS/BA degree and at least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources as a generalist or hands on compensation/analyst experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills are required to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable reports and metrics
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and also to work autonomously
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required (pivot tables, charts, logic statements)
  • Thoroughness and high attention to detail is required
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills necessary to prioritize and complete multiple projects and tasks and effectively handle short notice assignments
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior exposure to compensation strategy and plan administration

Responsibilities

This position will work on activities that support compensation and Human Resources analytics, metrics, ad hoc reporting and project assistance. This position will be primarily responsible for:

  • Market pricing jobs and providing specific compensation recommendations for HQ and TPC employees
  • Analyzing employee information and creating reports and dashboards in Excel
  • Conducting job classification reviews, compensation studies and surveys, and employment and workforce planning analyses
  • Managing the annual compensation review and bonus payout processes for Headquarter and TPC employees
  • Administering sales and international compensation programs
  • Maintaining and updating position descriptions and coding, ensuring adherence to guidelines
  • Reviewing offer letters and other employee related paperwork for accuracy and consistency
  • Serving as the back-up for the org chart process
  • Working on special projects or other duties as assigned

Manager, Financial Reporting - Finance & Accounting - PGA TOUR (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL)

We presently have an opportunity for a Manager - Financial Reporting within our Finance Department. The Manager - Financial Reporting is heavily involved in preparation of internal and external financial reporting and presentations as well as ERP system including general ledger and financial reporting structure/maintenance.  

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus minimum of one-year post graduate education.
  • CPA preferred, not required
  • Big 4 or large Regional account firm experience or GAAP concentration required (or preferable)
  • Industry experience preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience desired
  • Experience with ERP system report creation; INFOR/Lawson a plus 

Responsibilities/involvement with:

  • Preparation of audited financial statements for all companies
  • Debt compliance reporting for all entities
  • Management of annual financial statement audit
  • Monthly consolidated by Tour financial reporting
  • Preparation of Executive Management and Board level financial reporting and presentations
  • Preparation of Governmental level financial reporting
  • Management of tax return/compliance financial reporting/chart of accounts
  • General ledger and related financial reporting tool structuring and maintenance, including integration of new domestic and international business structures/lines
  • Key participant in conversion of existing ERP (INFOR/LAWSON) to TBD ERP System
  • Creation/maintenance of financial reports from ERP System
  • Financial Analysis as needed
  • Annual report preparation (financial information)
  • GAAP compliance including review of material contracts, preparation for and implementation of new accounting standards
  • Coordination of annual budget and rolling forecast for consolidated entity by Tour
  • Coordination/Support of Analytics Competency Center (Centralized Data) function
