Thank you for your interest in the Orlando Magic Internship Program. We believe that our internship program is one of the most comprehensive in the field since we currently offer 20 different opportunities in several different departments. Those who are selected to be Orlando Magic interns will acquire practical knowledge through hands-on experience and gain invaluable skills necessary to compete for jobs in the sports industry when their program is completed.

The Orlando Magic considers college junior, senior and graduate level students along with recent college graduates (up to 18 months following graduation date) for a number of internship positions. Internship positions are offered in Arena Operations/Retail, Basketball Operations, Broadcasting Radio and TV Production, Business Strategy, Communications, Community & Government Relations, Corporate Partnerships, Information Technology, Interactive Marketing, Season Ticket Services & Operations, Marketing, Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, Strength & Conditioning, and Ticket Sales. While you will see some similarities in their descriptions, most of our intern positions differ in their responsibilities and time commitments. For this reason, it is important that you read through each description and carefully choose the position(s), which interests you most.

A stipend of $750 monthly ($346 biweekly) is provided for each full-time Orlando Magic intern. Relocation and housing expenses are the responsibility of the intern. Please note that any candidate selected as a finalist may be asked to interview in Orlando at his or her own expense.
