The Director of Ticket Sales will serve as the strategic, revenue-driving, and retention lead for all ticketing initiatives. In this role, you will maximize ticket revenue and sell-thru, provide outstanding service, develop best practices, and provide our fans with first class service. You’ll work side by side with the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales, as well as the rest of the team here with the Lincoln Stars.
- Lead all season, group, and single ticket sales and retention efforts to obtain overall revenue and attendance goals for all Ice Box events. Including cold-calling and grass roots marketing, targeting new fans/individuals.
- Establish and implement forward-thinking sales strategies for pricing structure, as well as sales processes, reporting, and presentations .
- Manage and administer all software ticketing systems (E-Tix).
- Oversee Game Day Ticketing Operation and Staff
- Provide and maintain detail reports, including financials and numbers as needed
- Create innovative programs to drive new business and expand audience
- Develop, lead and inspire a positive team culture focusing on cross collaboration
- Establish and manage department P&L to ensure accuracy and year-to-date tracking
- Establish and refine opportunities and experiences provided to season ticket members
- Participate in community and industry-related events, conferences, associations that will enhance our reputation and potential for success while building new relationships
- Serve as an internal advocate for Lincoln Stars ticket sales and service efforts
- OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
The Director of ticket sales will be responsible for working and operating during all hours of operation during the season and during summer events. In this role, the Director will be in charge of hiring and maintaining a box office staff for game days and ticket takers for all doors during the Lincoln Stars games
