Title: Coordinator, Business Operations

Location: Pro Shop has or will have offices in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and New York City, New York. The Coordinator, Business Operations will be based in one of those two locations.

Position Overview:
As a Coordinator of Business Operations, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support to key leaders, managing various tasks and projects, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, organized, and proactive, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, COO, CEO, and President, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Assist in the creation and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiencies across the organization.
3. Work collaboratively with various teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
5. Coordinate the creation of materials for board meetings, including presentations, reports, and other relevant documents.
6. Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for company executives and other team members as needed.
7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as required.
8. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or similar setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in handling changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
