Reporting to the Vice President of Social Media, the Video Content Intern will support the Perfect Game Social Media Department in video content creation on PG’s social platforms. This is a fun and unique opportunity to create compelling and on-strategy social media video content through collaboration with VP of Social Media, Director of Social Media and Video Content Manager through use of software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). You’ll work with Video Content Producer/Editor to catalog all original content while actively supporting tentpole PG events, collaborating with scouting social manager to develop and cross-promote regional content in the Atlanta area. You’ll also be assisting PG’s Social Media Director in the execution of day-to-day social media video posting on regional PG platforms (Twitter and Instagram).
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing BA degree in Communications, Marketing, Video or related field
- One year of video experience (non-professional included), preferably in the sports/baseball field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere and After Effects (or other similar video editing software)
- Experience covering live sporting/entertainment events for social platforms.
- Portfolio and examples of work required
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
