The Lexington County Blowfish are excited to announce a new part-time paid position for the upcoming season, as we are in search of a line cook to lead our kitchen.

Line cooks will have specific start and end times on game days. This person will have oversight of kitchen interns during our 32 home games as well.

Line cooks are responsible for ensuring our fans receive quality food in a timely manner. A line cook will follow specific food preparation and sanitation guidelines designed to create consistent quality products that are visually appealing and delectable.

Line cooks must be 18 or older to apply. Interested candidates should have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be team oriented.
