Overview
We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual to supervise our ticket seller staff, and assist in box office operations. As a Box Office Supervisor you will assist, direct, and provide supervision to all ticket sellers on event days.

This role will pay a wage of $19-$25 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Supervises ticket seller staff on event days; Assist with ticketing set up, customer service questions, and technology issues.
- Works with Box Office Manager on event day set up which includes, scanner and pedestal set up, pre-event briefings, and ticket seller staff deployment.
- Utilizes the ticketing system to process ticket sales and troubleshoot customer issues and provide staff support
- Ensure the ticket seller staff is implementing and following all box office policies and procedures.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Box Office Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of high school degree.
- Minimum of 1year of experience supervising customer service staff
- Previous experience with ticketing systems,
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates outstanding work ethic and leadership skills, including excellent attendance, professional appearance and behavior,
- Displays a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Required to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
