The Rams are looking for an Operations Intern to join our Rams Studios team. This role will be responsible for supporting the coordination of multimedia assets and workflows with a range of teams both internally and externally. This individual will acquire skills to build strong relationships that foster collaboration in a creative environment to support the Rams Studio teams in the development and production of content. This individual will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and a desire to drive efficiently to improve the flow of collateral between departments and streamline production workflows. Possess openness in their problem-solving and integrity in their research to effectively address the needs of the company. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the company from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

 

Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Manager and Coordinator of Studio Operations to develop operational documentation that help manage creative assignments and project management of content production - Ingest and deliver final assets from internal and external content partners - Assist in project managing the Creative Services department via cross-functional communication, status tracking, and finalizing details  - Support on Rams Studios’ budget by processing invoices and updating expenses - Maintain asset storage and management – ensure consistency in naming conventions, storage architecture and file formats - Provide input and to enhance our existing workflow - Build and maintain knowledge of past and current project scopes, requesters’ requirements, and creative guidelines to facilitate creative needs. - Support in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Rams Studios’ production  - Build out project management templates and formats in Asana to maximize operational efficiency, communication and work prioritization - Work on Special Projects and update trackers as necessary  Qualifications:  - Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in work experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Creative Suite  - Understanding of different file types and specs for each platform  - A creative thinker with a strong design eye and comfortable making recommendations - Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Must be able to easily pivot and adjust workflow to shift with the needs of the business - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Act with integrity, possess strong creative thinking skills, and the ability to think conceptually - Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.  - Experience with JIRA, Asana, Airtable Slack, and web-based Project Management software a plus 
Pay Rate: $16/hr.
